Terms
Plain-language terms.
Early-access software, honestly framed. Here's the deal in words people actually read.
Your account and studio
You need accurate account details and you're responsible for what happens under your login. Studio admins are responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant.
Your content is yours
Everything your studio creates — plans, shots, references, chat, branding — belongs to your studio. You give us permission to store and process it purely to run the service for you (including sending plan text to our AI provider when you use the AI features). We claim no other rights to it.
Early access, plainly
Shotsheet is in active development. It's provided as-is: features will evolve, and despite real care and real backups, we can't promise zero interruptions. Don't make Shotsheet your only copy of anything irreplaceable — export PDFs of critical plans.
Fair use
Don't attempt to break the studio walls, probe other studios' data, resell access, or use the service for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.
Pricing
Shotsheet offers a 14-day free trial, then paid subscriptions (see Pricing) billed by Stripe in your local currency. Cancel anytime from your account — access continues to the end of the paid period. When a trial or subscription ends, your existing work remains viewable and exportable; creating new work requires an active plan. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Shotsheet isn't liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of an early-access service. Nothing here limits what can't legally be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll notify studio admins by email before it takes effect.
